Orders typically ship via UPS and may take 5–10 business days to arrive within the U.S., depending on location and item availability. Some orders may arrive sooner. International delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks.

We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for both domestic and international orders. If you need your order sooner, please select the expedited shipping method during checkout.

F U Kupid, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. Once your order leaves our hands, we have no control over it.

We cannot replace lost or stolen packages free of charge but will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Please note that major holidays may cause additional delays, as our small team takes time off to be with their families.
