Refund policy

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Exchanges

F U KUPID currently only allows EXCHANGES within 14 DAYS of the order delivery date.
All exchanged items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The original invoice must be included

Failure to meet these requirements may delay or void your exchange.

Eligible exchanges include:

  • Size change

  • Color change of the same style, based on availability

To exchange an item:

  1. Mail the product to the return address listed on your invoice.

  2. Once received and inspected, F U KUPID will ship your replacement item at our expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue store credit.
